小学低年级学生具有很强的自身特点,因此其班主任的角色是复杂的。不仅是学生知识的传授者,还是在校生活中的依赖者。作为一个复杂的角色,班主任必须认识到当前工作中存在的问题,具备相应的知识结构。
Lower elementary students have a lot of the characteristics, the teacher＇s role is complex. Teaching students knowledge or dependence in the school life. As a complex role, the teacher must be aware of the problems that exist in the current work, and have the appropriate knowledge structure.
