The BOT Pattern in the project financing of the construction of basic facilities

资金投入量大、建设周期和投资回收期长的基础设施建设 ,藉传统融资手段解决建设资金会遇到一定的困难 ,BOT方式是较为理想的现实选择。由于BOT方式涉及政府、投资者、贷款银行、承包商和原材料供应商等多方的利益 ,所以被认为是对东道国和投资商的“双赢”。目前 ,我国需着力化解相应的矛盾 。

It is difficult to finance by the traditional financial way as it needs greater financing investment and longer periods of constrution and investment return.The way of BOT is an ideal and realistic choice.Since the way of BOT involves the interests of the government,the investor,the loan bank,the contractor,and the material supplier,it is considered as the “win_win”pattem to both the host country and the investor.In order to make better use of the BOT pattern to finance at present,we need to clear up the corresponding contradictions in our country.
