浅谈英语语法教学

摘要 本文首先介绍了当前英语语法教学的现状并且指出其所存在的问题。文章进而提出:英语语法教学需要涉及语法结构的三方面内容即语法形式、语法意义及限制其使用的语用条件。文中以英语名词的"s"所有格为例从语法结构三方面来说明英语教师在语法教学中所应教授的内容。文章目的是使学生能够运用正确的语法形式在恰当的语境中表达意义。文章最后提出了不同的语法教学策略。 This paper analyzies the current situation of grammar teaching and concludes its problems. It mentions that threedimensions must be involved- grammar form, grammar meaning, and the pragmatic conditions governing use when teachers deal with the complexity of grammer. The paper will take the possessive case of nouns in English for example in order to analyze the content of garmmar teaching. The goal is to ebable students to use grammar forms accurately, meaningfully and appropriately. Last the paper discusses various teaching strategies that can be employed to meet that goal.
