从扬州市“就近入学”政策看教育公平问题

我国实行"就近入学"政策是为了促进教育公平,但目前"就近入学"政策还不够完善。扬州市要不断规范"就近入学"政策,促进教育公平,需要加大政府投入,促进教育资源的均衡配置;发展多元教育格局,弥补高考制度缺陷;建立教师流动制度,合理配置教师资源;完善弱势补偿机制,缩小校际差异。

China adopted the ＂nearest school＂ policy in order to promote equity in education, but the ＂nearest school＂ policy is still not perfect. Yangzhou City is going to continue to regulate the ＂nearest school＂ policy, to promote equity in education, the need to increase government funding to promote the balanced allocation of educational resources; development pattern of diversity in education, to make up for the college entrance examination system defects; to establish teacher liquidity system, the rational allocation of teacher resources; perfect disadvantaged compensation mechanism to reduce the inter-school differences.
