摘要 利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,对不同锥角的药型罩形成射流过程分别进行数值模拟和对比分析。研究表明药型罩锥角大小对射流偏移量和速度都有着显著影响,在一定的加工误差和锥角范围内,药型罩可选择较大锥角,以降低各种误差对射流性能的影响,提高战斗部威力。 The ANSYS/LS-DYNA software was used to make numerical simulation for different cone angles of liner and contrast analyses the simulation process. The results show that the size of cone angles of liner have great affected on the liner bias and the speed .in the range of some certain processing error and cones, the liner would choose the larger liner's cone to reduce the influence by all kinds of errors on the jet performance, improving the power of the portable anti-tank missle.
