摘要
在基于DeviceNet的ABB工业机器人弧焊工作站的设计中,首先,要考虑在满足工作任务要求的前提下,如何以ABB IRB1410工业机器人为核心来构建包含焊接设备、清枪剪丝器在内的一套经济实用的系统;其次,在确定工作站通信连接方式的基础上,选定DSQC651等标准I/O接口板作为机器人控制柜IRC5与焊机等外设的接口器件,并进行相应的硬件线路设计;最后必须要通过示教器FlexPendant对相应的器件、信号与外设进行参数设置。
In the Design of ABB industrial robots Arc wilding workstations based on DeviceNet, First of all, in considering to meet the job assignment of premise. How to use IRC1410 industiral robot as core to construct a set of economical and pratical system with welding device and clear gun-cut silk device. Sencondary, On the basic of determining the workstation communication connection mode, After selecting standard I/O interface card such as DSQC651 as interface unit between robot control cabinet IRC5 and external equipment such as welding machine, it is necessary to undertake corresponding hardware circuit design; Finally ,it must set the parameters of corresponding unit,signal and external equipment such as welding machine by FlexPendant.
