摘要
甲板车辆是大型水面船舶重要的保障设备,海况是分析整车动力学时不可忽视的重要因素。受条件所限,尚不能进行实车动力学试验,因此提出一种多体动力学建模方法,建立甲板和整车的多体动力学模型。针对车辆在行驶过程中受到甲板摇荡运动的影响,将随机海浪运动简化为平稳随机过程,计算得到舰船摇荡运动的谱函数。以随机时域运动信号作为输入,对车辆侧翻工况进行了仿真研究,提出了车辆的安全行驶速度。
The shipboard vehicle is important support equipment used to service large ships. The sea state is a very important factor for the analysis of its dynamics. Traditional test methods are impossible to simulate the actual environment. A virtual prototype of mechanical system was created and tested using Adams/View. Under the assumption that the ship in the ocean waves is a linear system, the response spectrum of ship motions was derived from the wave spectrum. The influence of ship motions on driving safety was researched and the safe vehicle velocity was given.
