摘要
对电厂用射水抽气器进行了有限元计算,得到了抽气器在七种不同固定方式下的前六阶固有频率与振型,并分析了不同固定方式对于抽气器各阶固有频率及振型变化的影响。分析发现,抽气器的固定方式对其各阶固有频率及振型均有影响,随着各固定方式牢固程度的增加,对应的各阶固有频率数值也随之增加;但每阶振型对应的变形方式与抽气器的固定方式之间并不存在较为固定的对应关系;不论在何种固定方式下,随着阶数的增大,其振型对应的变形状况将变得越为复杂。
This paper calculates the natural frequencies and the vibration modes of the former six harmonics based on FE analysis. Meanwhile, the effect of the fixing style on the dynamic characteristics of the water jet air ejector is also studied. The result shows that the fixing style will both affect the natural frequencies and the vibration modes. The more tight effects the fixing style has, the larger value the ejector will have for the natural frequency. However, there is not a necessary relation between the vibration mode and the fixing style. No matter what kind of fixing style, as the number of the harmonic increases, the vibration mode will be more complex.
