摘要
分析了道岔材料的破损及应力分布情况 ,在此基础上提出了道岔功能梯度结构模型 .依据道岔功能梯度结构模型 ,通过对合金钢进行温热加压处理 ,制造了符合结构模型的功能梯度材料 .性能梯度变化的特征使得功能梯度材料能够有效地解决道岔中强度与冲击韧性之间的矛盾 .
The broken condition and stress distribution states of frog have been studied in this paper. The Functionally Gradient structure model of frog has been built according to the result. According to the Functionally Gradient structure modal of frog, using the pressing treatment to alloy steel in moderate temperature, we have made a kind of Functionally Gradient Material, which can efficiently resolve the contradiction between the strength and toughness in frog.
