城市土地集约利用影响因素分析——以南宁市为例

Analysis of Factors Affecting Intensive Use of Urban Land: A Case Study of Nanning

从资源环境、社会经济以及政策制度3个方面分析了影响城市土地集约利用变化的因素,并利用南宁市2000～2009年的相关数据,采用主成分回归法进行了实证研究。结果表明:城市建设用地增量、GDP总值、工业总产值、全社会固定资产投资、土地制度与政策是影响南宁市土地集约利用变化的主要因素。

According to the related data of Nanning city during 2000 - 2009, by using the method of principal component re- gressive analysis, the influencing factors of changing urban land intensive utilization were analyzed from the following three aspects ： resource environment, social economy and policy system. The results showed that increment of urban construction land use, GDP, total industrial output value, urban fixed asset investment, and land system and policies were the main factors affecting the intensive utilization of urban land.
