Synthesis of the Intermediate of Kresoxim-methyl

摘要 以邻甲基苯乙酸为起始原料,经过酯化、肟化、甲基化、溴化合成醚菌酯的重要中间体(E)-2-(邻溴甲基苯基)-2-甲氧亚胺基乙酸甲酯,总收率为32%,所得中间体含量大于90%。 The intermediate of Kresoxim-methyl from start raw material of methyl 2-methylphenylacetate by esterification, oximation, methylation and bromination was synthesized. The overall yield is32%. The purity is up 90%.
