摘要
对以3-氯代苯酐为原料合成染料中间体2-苯甲酰基-3-氯苯甲酸的工艺条件进行了优化,考察了投料顺序、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、回流时间等条件对产品收率的影响。在优化的工艺条件下,2-苯甲酰基-3-氯苯甲酸收率为95.2%,纯度为95.6%。
The dye intermediate of 2-benzoyl-3-chlorobenzoic acid was synthesized by using 3- chlorophthalic anhydride as raw materials. The influence of technical conditions such as feeding sequence, amount of catalyst, reaction time, reaction temperature and refluxing time on the yield was studied. Under optimum conditions, the yield of 2-benzoyl-3-chlorobenzoic product reach 95.2%, and the is 95.6%.
