干旱胁迫下马铃薯叶片脯氨酸、丙二醛含量变化及与耐旱性的相关性分析 被引量:82

摘要 本试验通过在温室内设置干旱胁迫的种植条件,研究了干旱胁迫条件下8个马铃薯品种叶片游离脯氨酸(pro)含量和丙二醛(MDA)含量变化,并分析了pro和MDA含量变化与相应品种耐旱性的相关性。马铃薯品种在干旱胁迫和正常灌溉条件下产量和产量系数的方差分析结果表明:左力洋芋耐旱性最强,PI34、宁蒗182、宁蒗152耐旱性次之,马尔科洋芋、永德紫皮洋芋、甲帮洋芋和剑川红为耐旱性最差。在干旱胁迫条件下,马铃薯叶片游离pro含量和MDA含量均升高,不同品种马铃薯脯氨酸含量升高1.01~5.40倍,丙二醛含量升高1.10~1.91倍。马铃薯品种叶片游离pro含量相对值、MDA含量相对值和相应品种的根系拉力系数、产量系数均呈显著或极显著正相关,游离脯氨酸相对值、丙二醛含量相对值可以作为马铃薯植株生长早期评价品种耐旱性的生理生化指标。 Under the drought-stress conditions in greenhouse, the variation effects of drought stress on flee praline content and malonaldedyde (MDA) content in potato leaves were investigated and the correlation analysis of drought-tolerance level was conducted. The variance analy- sis of potato yield and yield coefficient under drought stress and routine irrigation conditions showed that Zuoliyangyu was the most drought- tolerant variety, PI34, Ninglan182 and Ninglan152 were more tolerant, and Maerke, Yongdezipi, Jiabanyangyu and Jianchuanghong per- formed worst. Under the drought-stress conditions, the flee proline content and MDA content in potato leaves were all increased in contrast to that of routine irrigation, the increasing times of praline content fluctuated from 1.01 to 5.40 among different varieties, and MDA content from 1.10 to 1.91. In addition, the relative values of both free proline content and MDA content correlated positively and significantly with root polling resistant coefficient and yield coefficient of corresponding varieties. Therefore, the relative values of free proline content and MDA content could be used as physiological parameters to evaluate drought tolerance level during early stage of potato plant growth.
