遮荫对鸡爪槭生理特性和叶绿素荧光参数的影响 被引量:11

摘要 以鸡爪槭幼苗为试材,研究了不同遮荫处理(一层遮荫、二层遮荫)对鸡爪槭生理特性和叶绿素荧光的影响。结果表明,全光照条件下鸡爪槭叶片叶绿素含量高于遮荫条件下叶绿素含量,且差异达到显著水平;叶片花青苷含量随遮荫程度的增加而降低,且与全光照相比,均达到显著水平;叶片相对含水量均随遮荫程度的增加而升高,而比叶重则相反;叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm、qP随着遮荫程度的增加而增加,qN随着遮荫程度的增加而降低。综上所述,遮荫条件下,鸡爪槭可通过增加叶绿素含量、降低Chl.a/b来提高对光能的吸收能力;通过增加PSⅡ反应中心开放的比例、减少热耗散等途径来提高PSⅡ光能转化效率,进而保证光合作用正常进行。因此,鸡爪槭适合种植于低光照环境下。 Taken Acer palmatum seedling as tested materials, the effects of the full day light and continuous shading condition (one layer shading, two layers shading) on the physiological characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Acer palmatum were studied in this paper. The results showed that the chlorophyll content of Acer palmatum under full day light were significantly higher than those under shading, while the antheeyanin decreased with the increase of shading , compared with full day light there was significantly different; relative water content(RWC) increased while the specific leaf weight(SLW) decreased with the increase of shading; Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo and qP of leaf of Acer palmatum increased while the qN decreased with the increase of shading. Results obtained from above showed that the leaf of Acer palmatum improved the absorption of light energy by increasing the chlorophyll content and lowering Chl. a/b under shade conditions,and im- proved the PS II photochemical efficiency by increasing the proportion of open PS II reaction center and reducing heat dissipation to ensure the photosynthesis. Therefore, A. palmatum was suitable for planting in low-light environments.
