重庆3个区县W.默科特果实品质分析 被引量:4

Analysis on Fruit Quality of W.murcott in Three Counties

摘要 通过分析源于重庆3个区县(江津、长寿、开县)不同果园W.默科特果实品质理化指标(可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、维生素C、固酸比、亮度、色泽颜色),初步评价了3个不同区县W.默科特果实品质差异。结果表明,开县地区样地果园W.默科特果实转色期和成熟期明显早于江津地区和长寿地区,并且果实品质明显优于长寿地区和江津地区的样地果园。 The growth curve of fruit quality( total soluble solids, titratable acid, vitamin C, TSS/TA ratio, lightness, a/b ratio)of W. murcott in different counties( Jiangjin county, Changshou county and Kaixian county) were analyzed to preliminarily evaluate the fruit quality of W. murcott. The result showed coloration changing phase and maturity of W. murcott in Kaixian county was significantly earlier than that in Changshou county and Jiangjin county, and fruit quality of W. murcott in Kaixian county was better than that in Changshou county and Jiangjin county.
