摘要 通过对陕煤集团红柳林煤矿地质条件的分析,采用经验估算、基于顶板分类、数值模拟等方法确定支架的支护强度,并提出中部支架与端头支架大梯度过渡的配套方式。现场使用结果表明,该支架的支护强度能够满足矿压要求,大梯度过渡的配套方式能够改善液压支架受力状态,减少工作面上下两端部过渡段顶部三角煤损失,提高资源的采出率。 By analyzing geological condition of Hongliulin Colliery of Shanmei Group, this paper obtained supporting intensity of pow- ered support on the basis of experience estimation, roof classification and numerical simulation and put forward large gradient transient match manner of mid-powered supports and end-support. Application showed that the supporting intensity could bear underground pres- sure, and that large gradient transient match manner could improve stress state of powered support, reduce roof triangular coal loss over support at the ends of face, and increase resource recovery.
