大采高采场超前支承压力分布规律及应力峰值位置研究 被引量:34

摘要 根据三元王庄煤矿3045大采高工作面实际情况,在工作面前方巷道实体煤一侧布置了GMC20应力传感器,对超前支承压力进行了实测,并运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,针对采场建立了工作面的实体模型,研究了工作面超前支承压力的分布规律以及应力峰值的位置。研究表明,王庄煤矿大采高采场实测支承压力峰值及位置与数值模拟、理论计算基本一致;应力峰值位于工作面前方10.3m左右,超前支承压力的影响范围为47m左右,结论可为大采高工作面超前支护方案的确定提供有力依据。 GMC20 stress sensors were installed at coalbody side in mining roadway of 3045 mining face in Wangzhuang Colliery and advanced abutment pressure was observed. Numerical model was set up by FLAC3D to research advanced abutment pressure distribution rule and stress peak place. Observation result showed its accordance with numerical simulation and theoretical calculation resuit. Advanced abutment pressure peak located at 10. 3m ahead of mining face, advanced abutment pressure influence range was about 47m, which provided reference for advanced supporting in mining face with large mining height.
