外源茉莉酸甲酯诱导蒙古扁桃物理防御反应的研究

摘要 茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)是茉莉酸的一种衍生物,外源使用可诱导植物产生防御反应,包括化学和物理防御,提高植物的抗性。为了搞清其是否对蒙古扁桃产生诱导防御反应,研究了不同浓度的茉莉酸甲酯对蒙古扁桃木质素、晶细胞及水势的诱导作用及其时间效应。结果发现,茉莉酸甲酯处理使蒙古扁桃叶片木质素含量增加,中脉周围的晶细胞数量增多,水势下降;这些变化和茉莉酸甲酯的浓度及处理后时间有关。 Methyl Jasmonate is one of the derivatives of jasmonate acid. Exogenous MeJA can induce defense re- sponse in plants, including physical and chemical defense. To investigate MeJA whether or not induce defense re- sponse in Prunus mongolica, we studied effect of different concentraction of MeJA on lignin contents, crystal cell number around midrib and water potential of Prunus mongolica leaves. The results showed that the lignin contents and the crystal cell number increased after MeJA treatment, however, water potential decreased, the changes de- gree related with the concentration and treatment time.
