摘要 研究温度和光周期对甘蓝夜蛾(Mamestra brassicae)哈尔滨种群滞育诱导的影响,测定5个温度和7个光周期对甘蓝夜蛾滞育诱导的作用。结果表明,温度、光周期对甘蓝夜蛾滞育诱导有显著影响,温度与光周期对甘蓝夜蛾滞育诱导有联合作用。在不同温度条件下,甘蓝夜蛾光周期反应类型不同,在20、22、25及30℃其光周期反应属于长日照反应型,在28℃则为短日照-长日照反应型。甘蓝夜蛾临界光周期随温度升高而缩短。光周期对甘蓝夜蛾滞育诱导影响最大,在20~30℃,光周期L16 D8与L18 D6是抑制甘蓝夜蛾滞育发生的主要条件。 The effects of temperature and photoperiod on diapause induction of Mamestra brassicae in Harbin were investigated. Conditions of five kinds of temperature and seven kinds of photoperiod on diapause induction of Mamestra brassicae were determined in this test. The results showed that, temperature, photoperiod and their interaction effects had significant effects on diapause induction of the Mamestra brassicae. The type of photoperiodic response on the Mamestra brassicae at different temperature was not the same. The type of photoperiod response in Mamestra brassicae was long-day response at 20, 22, 25 and 30℃; however, it was short-day and long-day response at 28℃. The critical daylength in this noctuid moth shortened with temperature increasing. Photoperiod had most significantly influence on the diapause induction in Mamestra brassicae. Photoperiodic L16:D8 and L18:D6 were the main conditions for terminating diapause in this noctuid moth at 20-30℃.
