摘要 植物谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)是一种普遍存在的参与多种细胞功能的蛋白,具有参与初生代谢、次生代谢、除草剂解毒作用和保护植物免受氧化损伤及异源物质隔离等作用。同时,它又能作为配体蛋白在植物激素代谢方面发生作用。文章对GSTs的结构和功能进行概述,并详细阐述了国内外植物GSTs的研究,特别是在参与植物非生物胁迫方面的进展,以期对植物抗逆基因工程的研究提供参考和理论依据。 Plant glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) are ubiquitous protein and involve in a variety of intracellular functions, which include primary and secondary metabolisms, herbicide detoxiflcation and plant protection against oxidative damages and xenobiotics compartment. At the same time, they can work as ligandins to modulate plant auxin metabolism. The structure and function of GSTs were reviewed as well as the research progress especially on plant abiotic stress in domestic and abroad. The knowledge and theory should play a very important role in engineering researches on plant tolerance to stresses.
