在《电网调度自动化与信息化技术标准》中的GB 50174—93和条文说明对调度自动化系统的供电系统、空气调节及防雷等内容都提出了运行规范和原则,但条文没有具体的细则要求,在实施过程中也暴露出诸多问题。为避免问题的重复发生,针对调度自动化系统主站运行的供电系统、空气调节及防雷等内容提出了若干建议。这些建议在大连供电公司地调自动化系统和集控中心建设中得到实施和应用,从实际生产情况看,有效地改善了主站设备的运行环境,提高了调度自动化系统的可靠性,维护了人员的身心健康。

In “Power Grid Dispatching Automation and Promotion of Information Technology” GB 50174--93 and the instruction, standard of power grid dispatching automation power supply system, air conditioning and lightning protection is stated, but there is no detailed rules, or many problems appeared in implementation process. To avoid such problems, suggestions are proposed for power supply system of power grid dispatching automation, air conditioning and lightning protection. Which are applied to Dalian Power Supply Company grid dispatching automation and centralized control. Judging from actual condition, it is effective for working envi- ronment of master station, and improving reliability of power grid dispatching automation, maintaining physical and mental health of the staff.
