电袋除尘器在300MW循环流化床锅炉应用研究

大唐调兵山电厂2FE243/2-1L型电袋复合式除尘器首次应用于300 MW大容量电站循环流化床锅炉除尘工程,打破了电力行业先例,使本技术应用实践领域不断拓宽。结合调兵山电厂工程应用,分析了电袋复合式除尘器的机理、结构、技术特点,并结合电除尘和布袋除尘的优点,先通过前级电场捕集大量粉尘,再通过后级布袋除尘捕集细微粉尘,实现了2种传统除尘的有机结合。对产生高比电阻、低硫煤粉尘的大容量循环流化床锅炉,采用电袋复合式除尘器具有明显优势。

In this paper, the engineering applications of Diaobingshan electric bag composite dust collector operating principle, structure, technical characteristics, a combination of two kinds of traditional dust-elec- trostatic precipitator and bag filter dust collector advantages first catch before the electric field set a lot of dust, and then through a bag filter to trap fine dust after class, to achieve the electrostatic precipitators drop the idea of resistance and the bag filter to ensure emis- sions compliance combined. Particular, to produce high resistivity, low-sulfur coal dust, high-capacity circulating fluidized bed boil- er using the technology has broad application prospects.
