摘要
大唐调兵山电厂2FE243/2-1L型电袋复合式除尘器首次应用于300 MW大容量电站循环流化床锅炉除尘工程,打破了电力行业先例,使本技术应用实践领域不断拓宽。结合调兵山电厂工程应用,分析了电袋复合式除尘器的机理、结构、技术特点,并结合电除尘和布袋除尘的优点,先通过前级电场捕集大量粉尘,再通过后级布袋除尘捕集细微粉尘,实现了2种传统除尘的有机结合。对产生高比电阻、低硫煤粉尘的大容量循环流化床锅炉,采用电袋复合式除尘器具有明显优势。
Datang Diaobingshan 2FE243/2 - 1L electric bag composite dust collector is the country's first being applied to a 300 MW large-capacity power plant circulating fluidized bed boiler dust removal project, the successful application of breakthroughs in the power industry precedent, so that the technology is widely used. In this paper, the engineering applications of Diaobingshan electric bag composite dust collector operating principle, structure, technical characteristics, a combination of two kinds of traditional dust-elec- trostatic precipitator and bag filter dust collector advantages first catch before the electric field set a lot of dust, and then through a bag filter to trap fine dust after class, to achieve the electrostatic precipitators drop the idea of resistance and the bag filter to ensure emis- sions compliance combined. Particular, to produce high resistivity, low-sulfur coal dust, high-capacity circulating fluidized bed boil- er using the technology has broad application prospects.
