Strength parameters-prognostication for NEPE propellant under surroundings-pressure

摘要 考虑压力环境对NEPE推进剂力学强度性能的影响,开展了不同温度、拉伸速率下的单向拉伸实验,结合推广的双剪强度理论得到了强度参数;基于广义回归神经网络(GRNN),讨论了样本处理和误差分析,对实验加载条件覆盖面较小的结论进行了推广,预测了其它条件下的强度参数。基于某燃烧室药柱的工程应用表明,基于GRNN的参数预可以有效简化处理过程、降低综合成本,同时基于常规单向拉伸试验的Mises准则是过于保守的。 Considering of surroundings-pressure, the uniaxial tensile test has been conducted with different rate and at various temperatures, strength parameters are obtained with the generalized twin shear criteria theory. For the use of GRNN, sample-disposal and error-analysis are discussed firstly. By generalizing the strength parameters in limit conditions which are in existence, the counterparts in other conditions are prognosticated. Illustration indicates that, based on GRNN, prognostication is accurate and good at reducing the tests, simplifying the process, and depressing the total cost.
