摘要
通过对某型硅橡胶减振器的贮存失效机理分析,制定了加速老化试验方法,包括材料的压缩永久变型试验和减振器加速贮存试验,在较短时间内评估得到了减振器的贮存寿命。预测结果为产品定型提供了数据支持。
Through the storage failure mechanism analysis of silicone-rubber vidration isolator, an accelerated aging method was established, included compression permant deformation testing of material and accelerated storage testing of isolator.The storage life was determined in a shorter testing time.The prediction results provided the data support for finalizing the design.
