摘要
在研究国内流域集控中心水情自动测报系统的基础上,结合对水情自动测报系统建设及运行维护经验,提出层次复合星型的水情自动测报系统建设方法,并分析了系统的科学性、稳定性、合理性等。
Based on the study of domestic automatic prediction system of flood condition, combining the own construction, operation and maintenance experience of automatic prediction system, put forward the level compound star system, and analysed its scientifical- ness, stability and rationality.
