摘要
探讨了一种简便、快速、准确测定铜含量的方法 .在碳酸钠介质中 ,阿莫西林与铜离子形成络合物 ,于 3 3 1nm处产生最大吸收 .测定铜在 ( 0 .1 6-3 .4 ) μg·mL- 1范围内符合朗伯 -比耳定律 ,摩尔吸光系数为 ( 6.0× 1 0 4 )L·mol- 1·cm- 1.用于本方法测定水样中铜含量 。
In this paper, a method of determining copper has been introduced that is simple, fast, accurate. In the medium of Na 2CO 3 solution, the amoxicillin-copper complex produces the max absorption at 331nm. Its absorptivity and concentration of copper accord with the Lambert-Beer's Law in the range of copper content 0.16~3.4μg·mL -1 . ε=6.0×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . The method has been used to determine the copper content in water-sample, the result is satisfactory.
