In view of serious wearing problems in the flow passage component of hydraulic turbine of radial flow power plant, the paper analyzed the reasons and found out the main causes. According to practical operation experience, the paper presented the methods to solve the problem radically, which had positive meanings to prolong the devices service life and reduce the inspection maintenance cost.
