摘要
中国城市迅猛发展,"垃圾围城"日渐紧迫。为了使自家后院免受垃圾处理的负面干扰,相关民众联合起来,群体性环境维权——"邻避行动"应运而生。在推行垃圾减量分类的基础上,对垃圾填埋场、垃圾焚烧厂周围民众实施"环保回馈",让渡部分经济利益,可以较好化解这一挑战。
With the rapid development of Chinese cities, the garbage surrounded city is an urgently growing phenomenon. In order to make the backyard from garbage disposal negative interference, related people unite so that the group of environmental rights protection - the NIMBY action emerges as the times require. Measures of ＂environmental feedback＂, transfer part of economic benefits, can better resolve the challenges.
