Structure function and expressive function of film and theatre, opera in Eileen Chang’s Novels——In “Genesis” and “performance” as an example

以张爱玲的两篇小说为例,分析其中传统戏剧、电影、现代戏剧等在文本中的结构功能和表意作用,以此管窥张爱玲的写作行为与写作策略,剖析了她作为现代女作家对于社会文化独到的捕捉、观察、回应与创造。

Using ＂Ultima＂ and ＂After the Show＂ as example, the paper analyze how traditional Chinese drama, film, and modem drama play an important role building text structure and being ideographic in Eileen Chang＇s novel. In this way, Eileen Chang＇s writing strategies can be captured. Meanwhile, the paper try to analyze the way Eileen Chang observe, response and create the culture of Chinese modem society as a female writer.
