摘要 随着全球经济一体化的不断深入,浙江中小民营企业人才流失较为严重,员工整体素质不高,优秀人才短缺,严重制约了企业的健康发展。如何探寻出一条适合浙江中小民营企业人才队伍建设与创新之路,是浙江民营企业面临的最大挑战。而学习型组织的创建恰恰能从根本上改变这一问题,让整个组织在企业共同愿景的引导下提高凝聚力,不断适应环境的变化。因此,学习型组织的创建是浙江中小民营企业人才队伍发展的必然选择。 The brain drain, low quality of the staff, and shortage of talents have seriously hampered the healthy development of Zhejiang's small and medium-sized private enterprises with the development of global economic integration. How to explore a road of talent team construction and innovation is the biggest challenge faced by the private enterprises in Zhejiang. The construction of learning organization can change the problem fundamentally. The entire organization can improve cohesion in the enterprise shared vision guided and constantly adapt to changes in the environment. Thus, the construction of leaming organization is the inevitable choice for the development of the talent team of Zhejiang small and medium-sized private enterprises.
