摘要
应用原子力显微镜研究了糖类对脂质体的稳定作用,以及对形成完整磷脂双层的作用机制,获得了沉积在云母片上的干燥脂质体再水化的形貌图,证实了糖具有保持脂质体结构的功能,进一步证明了多舟基化合物有利于提高干态脂质体的物理稳定性.
This paper reports atomic force microscopy AFM study on stabilization of liposomes and DPPC bilayer in the solution of sugar. We have observed that the carbohydrates can help liposomes recover to original state. To the investigation of DPPC bilayer surface features, we have found that stabilization of DPPC bilayer can be strengthen by carbohydrates. We can draw a conclusion the stability liposomes and DPPC bilayer can be enhanced by sucrose.
