摘要 根据高等职业教育发展需要,探索与实践电气自动化技术专业校企双主体、工学结合的人才培养模式,形成了具有自身特色、更加合理的专业人才培养方案.本人才培养方案以职业能力和岗位需求为核心,准确进行专业定位,所构建的专业课程体系是将国家职业技能标准与专业可持续发展能力相融合.核心课程的教学注重理论与实践教学的有机结合,将工学结合贯穿于人才培养的各个阶段.通过实施本人才培养方案,人才培养的质量显著提高. According to the development needs of higher occupation education, more reasonable professional talent training scheme, which has its own characteristics, is formed on the basis of research and practice of talent training scheme of "colleges and enterprises as the two main bodies and combining learning with working" of electric automation technology specialty. This scheme focuses on occupation ability and post demand and has accurate professional orientation. The professional curriculum system has constructed combines national occupation skill standards with the professional ability of sustainable development. The teaching of the core curricula pays attention to the organic combination of theory and practice and carries "combining learning with working" talent training scheme throughout the various stages. The quality of talent training will be significantly improved through the implementation of this scheme.
