中西医结合治疗直肠癌术后肠麻痹的60例临床观察分析

Clinical observation and analysis on treating 60 cases of rectal cancer postoperative intestinal paralysis with the integrative medicine

目的:讨论应用中西医结合方法治疗直肠癌术后肠麻痹的临床疗效。方法:选择在 2011 年 1 月～2012 年 8 月,直肠癌术后肠麻痹的患者 120 例进行分析,随机分为治疗组和对照组各 60 例,两组同时采用禁食、静脉输液、维生素和乌司他丁等药物治疗,治疗组患者加用中医方法治疗,包括针灸,中药保留灌肠,对照组加用常规生理盐水灌肠治疗,比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复的时间和疗效。结果:治疗组的肠蠕动恢复时间、平均排气、排便时间优于对照组,有统计学意义;治疗组总有效率 100%,对照组总有效率 86.7%,有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合方法治疗直肠癌术后肠麻痹,可以缩短肠蠕动恢复时间,减少排气、排便、腹痛腹胀时间,减少患者的痛苦,是值得推广的好方法。

Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on treating rectal cancer postoperative intestinal paralysis. Methods： 120 patients collected from January 2011 to August 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients in each group. Both groups were fasting and given intravenous infusion, vitamin and Ulinastatin. Besides, the treated group was given TCM therapy, including acupuncture and herbal retention enema, while the control group was treated with routine saline enema. The gastrointestinal function recovery time and curative effect in the two groups were compared. Results： The recovery of intestinal peristalsis, the average exhaust time, defecation time in the treated group was significantly better than that in the control group. The total effective rate in the treated group was 100%, while that in the control group was 86.7%, with statistical significance. Conclusion： The integrative medicine can shorten the time of the recovery of intestinal peristalsis, reduce exhaust, defecation and abdominal bloating and reduce the suffering of patients, worth a wide application.
