镇痛药物在临床应用中十分常见,常规镇痛药物多为西药,但是通过实际临床应用,反应了西药镇痛的成瘾性和依赖性,这给临床镇痛和患者的身体健康造成了影响。探讨两种有毒虫类中药的镇痛药理,讨论其实际临床应用,为今后的临床镇痛提供更多的选择,为减少西药镇痛带来的负面影响提供帮助。通过应用,保证患者的身体健康,促进患者疾患的康复。

The analgesic drugs in clinical use is very common. The conventional analgesic medicines were mainly western medicine, but they are turned to be with analgesic addiction and dependence in the actual clinical application. The article is to investigate the paregoric mechanism of TCM toxic insect medicines, discuss its clinical application for future in order to reduce the side effects of western medicines. They are used to ensure the health and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
