摘要
论述了采用硅栅 CMOS工艺研制的热印头驱动 ASIC,它由 64位移位寄存器、64位锁存器、64位输出驱动电路和外围缓冲电路组成 .其电路性能为 :在 0 .5 kΩ负载电阻情况下 ,最大输出电流 48m A,输出管饱和压降 1 .8V,输出管击穿电压 3.5 V,时钟频率 5.2MHz.在传真机热印头上使用 。
In this paper a thermal printing head driver ASIC,made by the Si Gate technology is described.It consists of a 64 bit shift register,a 64 bit flip latch,a 64 bit output driver circuit and a peripheral circuit.It has the following characteristics:the maximum output current 48 mA,the potential fall of the output transistor 1.8 V,the output transistor breakdown voltage 3.5 V,the clock rate 5.2 MHz at 0.5 kΩ load resistance.A high printing speed and high resolution can be realized by using the thermal printing head driver ASIC in facsimiles.
