平刺透穴加火疗治疗单纯性肥胖病60例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of simple obesity with horizontal needling and fire treatment

目的:观察平刺透穴加火疗法治疗单纯性肥胖病的疗效。方法:将 60 例患者随机分为两组,观察组:平刺透穴加火疗治疗 30 例;对照组:单纯采用针刺治疗 30 例。2 个疗程后观察疗效。结果:观察组总有效率 93.3%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平刺透穴加火疗治疗单纯性肥胖有效,可显著提高其治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of horizontal needling through acupoints combined with fire treatment in treating simple obesity. Methods： 60 patients of simple obesity were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group. The treated group was given horizontal needling through acupoints combined with fire treatment, while the control group was given acupuncture only. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was 93.3%, significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion： Horizontal needling through acupoints combined with fire treatment was effective in treating simple obesity, worth a wide clinical application.
