针刀与电针治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效对比观察

Contrast observation on the clinical efficacy between small needle knife and electronic needling in treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy

目的:比较针刀与电针对神经根型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法:将 86 例神经根型颈椎病患者用随机数字表法分成两组,其中针刀组 43 例,电针组 43 例。对不同组别 2 个疗程后的疗效情况进行综合比较。结果:两组疗效率无显著差异(P>0.05);两组进行等级比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀比电针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效好。

Objective： To compare the clinical effect of small needle knife and electronic needling in treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： 86 patients of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups, 43 patients in each group The efficacies in both groups after 2 treatment courses were compared. Results： No significant differences were detected between the efficacies in the two groups （P〉0.05）, while a significant difference was detected between the grades of the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Small needle knife was better in the efficacy than electronic needling in treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.
