结合民间针灸师的实践探析周痹刺法

Investigating Zhoubi acupuncture principle based on the experience of civil acupuncturists

《灵枢·周痹》有记载周痹的针刺原则,但具体针刺操作方法未具体阐明,各文献对其含义解释也不尽相同,笔者结合民间针灸师的实践经验,以期阐明《灵枢·周痹》刺法本意,探讨针灸治疗周痹的具体方法,以提高临床疗效,以期为中医的继承和发扬有一定帮助。

The acupuncture principle ofpanodynia was recorded in Lingshu Zhoubi, but with no operational approaches. And there are many kinds of its explanation in other literatures. The practice experiences of the civil acupuncturist were combined and recorded in this article to interpret the meaning of acupuncture principle in Lingshu Zhoubi and investigate the operational approach of acupuncture in treating panodynia.
