心悸的中医辨证施治体会

Comprehension on treating palpitations with treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs

目的:观察用中医辨证方法治疗心悸的疗效,并记录治疗体会。方法:选取 242 例确诊为心悸的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予运用西医常规抗心律失常西药,治疗组分为心虚胆怯、痰火扰心、阴虚火旺、心血瘀阻、心阳不振等证型,并给予不同方药治疗。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:通过辨证治疗心悸,能够较好缓解心悸,并且有效减缓其伴随症状的发生,提供患者的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM treatment on differentiation of symptoms and signs, and to record clinical experiences. Methods： 242 patients with heart palpitations were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was given conventional antiarrhythmic western medicine, while the treatment group was given TCM prescription according to different TCM symptom types. Results： The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the efficacy （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： TCM treatment on differentiation of symptoms and signs is able to alleviate heart palpitations, effectively slows its accompanying symptoms occur and provids the patient＇s quality of life.
