椎弓根螺钉内固定结合椎间植骨融合术并配合中药治疗腰椎滑脱

Treating lumbar olisthe by pediculus arcus vertebrae screw internal fixation combined with intervertebral bone graft interbody fusion and TCM

目的:探讨椎弓根螺钉内固定结合椎间植骨融合术并配合中药治疗腰椎滑脱的疗效。方法:对照组 28 例患者单纯采用椎弓根螺钉内固定结合椎间植骨融合术治疗,观察组 30 例患者采用手术治疗联合中药治疗。结果:治疗组患者术后 7d 的滑脱率、椎间隙高度、术后 JOA 评分、及优良率均与观察组比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:椎弓根螺钉内固定结合椎间植骨融合术并配合中药治疗腰椎滑脱疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To study the effect of treating lumbar olisthe by the pediculus arcus vertebrae screw internal fixation combined with intervertebral bone graft interbody fusion and Chinese medicine. Methods： 28 patients in the control group were only given pediculus arcus vertebrae screw internal fixation combined with intervertebral bone graft interbody fusion treatment, while 30 patients in the treated group were treated by surgical treatment combined with TCM. Results： The olisthe rate, intelvertebral space height, JOA scores and effective rate in the treated group 7 days after the operation were significantly different from those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The pediculus arcus vertebrae screw internal fixation combined with intervertebral bone graft interbody fusion and Chinese medicine treatment was effective in treating lumbar olisthe, worth a wide clinical application.
