中医治疗肱骨外科颈骨折临床分析

Clinical analysis on treating humeral surgical neck fractures in TCM

目的:分析 64 例中医临床治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的疗效。方法:对笔者医院 2011 年 3 月～2012 年 3 月所接诊的64 例肱骨外科颈骨折的病人,根据不同的类型采用不同的治疗方法。结果:对这 64 个病例进行为期 2～12 个月的跟踪,成功治愈率达 89%。结论:中医治疗肱骨外科颈骨折具有损伤小愈合快、有效恢复肩关节功能等优点,尤其适用于老年肱骨外科颈骨折患者。

Objective： To analyze the efficacy of treating 64 cases of humeral surgical neck fractures with TCM treatment. Methods： 64 patients collected from March 201 t to March 2012 were treated with different treatment. Results： A period of 2 to 12 months of tracking were taken to these 64 cases, the effective rate was up to 89%. Conclusion： TCM treatment had the advantages of tiny damage, fast concrescence and effective recovery of shoulder fimction, especially suitable for treating senile humeral surgical neck fracture.
