黑龙江省装备制造业产业集聚水平研究

近年来,黑龙江省通过深化改革和结构调整,特别是国家实施老工业基地振兴战略,黑龙江省装备制造业发展已经摆脱了徘徊局面,表现出了良好的发展势头。通过分析黑龙江省各年度、各产业区位商的指标,找出造成黑龙江省装备制造业现状所产生的原因,为加快装备制造业的发展,提出了应创造良好的政策环境;优化产业结构;规划和引导装备制造业产业集群;加强自主创新,转变技术创新发展方式;培养和建设优质的人才队伍等对策建议。

In recent years, the equipment manufacturing industry of Heilongjiang Province has already got out of the mess by deepening the reform and adjusting the structure. In the context of the revitalization of old industrial base, the equipment manu- facturing industry of Heilongjiang Province is developing better and better. This article explains the status quo by analysing Heilongjiang＇ s location quotient index of each year and each industry. It lastly put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to make the equipment manufacturing industry develop faster such as creating a good policy environment, optimizing the indus- trial structure, programming and guiding the industries＇ gathering, strengthening the ability of independent innovation, chan- ging the way of technological innovation, cu]tivating high - quality talents, etc.
