源汇区文化旅游产业发展现状及对策建议

源汇区利用本区丰富的文化旅游资源,实施"旅游兴区"战略,创建文化旅游产业示范园区,对景区扩建升级,依托民俗文化背景,开发重点文化旅游项目,扩大宣传力度,使源汇区文化旅游产业走上了快速发展的轨道。但在文化旅游产业发展中仍存在着管理体制不健全,发展资金不足,特色旅游资源挖掘不够深入等问题。应实施"政府主导型"旅游发展战略,建立各部门合力兴旅的工作机制和政府及社会多元化投融资体制,提高文化旅游产品的文化内涵,提升景区经营管理水平,构建源汇区特色文化旅游产业的新格局,培养文化旅游产业成为源汇区经济发展新的增长点。

There are several problems such as imperfect management system, lack of funds and can＇ t deeply dig the special tourism re- sources. They should implement ＂government leading＂ strategy, establish various departments cooperation mechanism and the government, social diversified investment and financing system, improve the cultural connotation of cultural tourism products, improve the management level, construct the new pattern of Yuanhui unique cultural tourism industry, cultivate cultural tourism industry to become a new economic growth point of Yuanhui district.
