欠发达地区高校国际经济与贸易专业应用型人才培养探索与实践——以石河子大学为例

西部欠发达地区的国贸专业在人才培养数量和质量上与东部发达地区存在较大差距。探索如何培养高质量的外贸应用型人才,对促进其国贸学科建设和外向型经济发展都具有重要的现实意义。基于分析欠发达地区高校培养应用型国贸人才的特点,并以石河子大学为例,在人才培养方案、师资队伍建设、质量工程建设、实践教学模式、学生综合能力等方面对国贸专业进行了探索与实践,提出了明确专业培养定位、改变学科建设不平衡现状、加强师资队伍建设、科学安排教学内容与教学环节、因材施教等方面的对策建议,以期对其它欠发达地区的国贸专业应用型人才培养提供借鉴和参考。

There is a large gap between the eastern developed areas and the western underdeveloped areas in the quantity and quality of major of international economics and trade talents training. Exploring how to cultivate high quality applied talents in the foreign trade has an important.practical significance in promoting international economics and trade discipline construction and the development of export - oriented economy. This article is based on the analysis of the characteristics of training applied talents of major of international economics and trade, made explorations and practices in the talent training plan, teachers team construction, quality engineering construction, practice teaching mode, students＇ comprehensive abilities and other aspects a- bout this major. Taking Shihezi University as an example, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of well defing professional training location, changing unbalanced status of discipline construction, strengthening the teachers troop construc- tion, scientifically arranging of teaching contents and links, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, so that to pro- vide the references for training in applied talents of major of international economics and trade in other western underdeveloped areas.
