Study on Wet-applied Construction of Self-adhered TPO Membrane and Its Application

研究了TPO卷材的湿铺施工技术,对不使用湿铺专用胶粉和使用湿铺专用胶粉两种情况的施工效果进行了对比试验,并分析了其粘结机理。结果表明,TPO卷材湿铺时采用湿铺专用胶粉,可大大提高卷材与基面的粘结强度,从而保证防水效果。

This paper studied wet-applied construction of TPO membrane and compared construction effects of two methods： not using special powder for wet-applied construction and using special powder for wet-applied construction. It also analyzed the bonding mechanism of the two construction methods. The results showed that using special powder for wet-applied TPO membrane could greatly improve bonding strength between the membrane and substrate in order to ensure waterproofing effect.
