摘要
提出了以树脂相分光光度法测定水中铁的新方法 ,研究了铁离子 (II)与 5 硝基 1,10邻二氮菲 (5 NO2 phen)形成稳定有色络合物后 ,将其富集在阳离子树脂上 ,测定铁的实验条件 .在pH =4~ 9时 ,于最大吸收波长 5 2 0nm处测量 ,表观摩尔吸光系数可达 5 .1× 10 6L·mo1-1·cm-1,用于测定水中铁的含量 ,结果令人满意 .
A new method for the determination of trace iron by resin phase spectrophotometry is introduced. Fe(II) ion reacts with 5 NO 2 phen, a stable complex compound is formed. Then it is enriched on a cation exchange resin.The absorbance of resin phase is determined at wave length 520?nm,pH=4-9,the apparent?molar absorptivity is 5.1×10 6 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . This method has been applied to water sample with satisfactory sensitivity and precision.
