公民教育与认同序列优化:基于西南民族地区的研究

Civic Education and Optimized Identity Sequence: Based on Ethnic Areas in Southwest China

有效的国家治理既取决于制度与政策的合理,又取决于国家在少数民族认同序列重构中能否聚合起强大的认同力量,引导少数民族多种认同和谐相处。公民教育就扮演着以上的角色,并在不同的途径中得以展现。其中,学校、民族社区以及民族精英路径扮演了不同角色。国家需要采取具体公民教育措施,提升不同少数民族群体的国家认同感,全面发挥其认同序列优化功能。

Effective national governance depends both on the system and reasonable policy, and on the aggregation state whether minorities recognition sequence reconstructed from the strong recognition of force, and then guides the minorities variety of identity in harmony. Civic education can play the role and show different ways. Schools, ethnic communities, and ethnic elites play different roles. The specific civic edu- cation measures need to be taken by the country, to enhance the national identity of the different minority groups, and give full play to its recognition sequence optimization features.
