聚四氟乙烯燃油总管是由多个三通或四通金属接头和钢丝增强聚四氟乙烯软管组成的柔性导管总成,绕发动机燃烧室环向安装,每个金属接头均布向发动机提供航空煤油。介绍一种具有旋转功能的接头,由其组装的燃油总管,在规定工作压力和工况条件下,既保证了接头的密封效果,又可根据现场安装要求旋转接头的角度以满足安装要求,不仅降低了燃油总管的质量成本且极大地提高了现场的装配效率。通过试验验证,由其组装的燃油总管的性能满足发动机的使用要求。

The PTFE fuel manifold is composed by multiple three-way or four-way metal fittings and wire enhanced hose assembly, the hoses are uniform assembled around the engine combustion chamber, providing aviation kerosene for the engine. Introduces a kind of fitting with rotating function, under prescribed working pressure and conditions, the PTFE fuel manifold with this fitting could ensure the sealing effect, and the fitting angle could be rotated according to the instal- lation requirements. The fitting not only reduce the quality cost but also improve the efficiency of field assembly. Through the experimental verification, the performance of fuel manifold assembled with the rotating fittings could meet the applica- tion requirements of engine.
