摘要
传统的通过曲轴截面系数并运用经验公式对曲轴强度进行校核的方法已经无法满足现代压缩机高可靠度、低重量以及成本的设计要求。本文分析传统曲轴强度计算方法的不足,研究开发了压缩机曲轴有限元参数化建模仿真系统,并在此基础上基于响应面方法提出了曲轴强度新的计算方法。
The traditional method for strength calculation of crankshaft by using empirical formula and the section factor of the crankshaft can't meet the designing requirement of modem compressor with high reliability,low weight and cost.This paper has ana- lyzed the shortcomings of the traditional calculation method for crankshaft strength and developed a parameterized modeling and infi- nite element simulation system for compressor crankshaft, on the basis of which, a new strength calculation method of crankshaft is proposed using response surface theory.
