压缩机批生产前应进行风险,从人、机、料、法、环、测6个环节存在的风险进行评估,然后有针对性地采取风险管理措施,在人力资源管理、基础设施管理、设备管理、采购,公司管理、批次管理、文件管理、记录管理、监视和测量管理、工作环境控制等方面执行质量体系文件,压缩机生产过程中风险会自然减少和克服。

The compressor should be carried out risk assessment before batch production from the six aspects of person, machine, ma- terial, method, environment and test.When the risk management measures is applied accordingly and the quality system documents are implemented in the aspects of human resource management, infrastructure management, equipment management, procurement, corpo- ration management, batch management, document management, records management, monitoring and measuring management, work en- vironment control, the risk will be certainly reduced and overcome in the process of compressor production.
